You're still showing up. Even now.

From the outside, everything holds. Inside, something is empty, unresolved, or quietly exhausting. You were never taught how to navigate what you feel. This work helps you find your way back to what your body already knows.

Ancient wisdom for modern life

Karishma’s work is rooted in a lineage over 2,500 years old. The Yoga Sutra understood how we are patterned and how we change long before modern psychology named it. She brings that precision to bear on the pressures of contemporary life, working through the body, the breath, and the patterns, known as samskara, that quietly run us.

She is based in Hyderabad, India and works with individuals, couples and families around the world.

Change happens through practice

This work goes beyond symptom management to address deeper patterns of conditioning, known in yogic philosophy as samskaras. The focus is steady, practice-led change over time.

Long-term Engagement

Change unfolds through sustained attention, not single sessions. The work is structured across six or twelve months.

Consistent Practice

In yogic traditions, this is abhyasa. Steady, repeated practice is what reshapes deep-seated conditioning over time.

Practice-Based Approach

Insight alone does not change us. Between sessions, clients work with specific practices tailored to their patterns and goals.

Client-led Direction

You set the agenda. The work follows your questions, your pace, and what matters most to you right now.
